The maiden edition of the YAM Carnival was filled with endless experience and fun as thousands trooped to see their favourite musicians.
The YAM Carnival was scheduled to happen last year (2020) at the same venue but due to the pandemic it was put on hold. It finally came off this past Saturday (28 August, 2021) at the Clapham Common in London.
The carnival was packed with a lot of the musicians suming up to 28. Artists billed were split on to three (3) stages. On the main stage included Davido, Kehlani, Yemi Alade, Beenie Man, NSG, Patoranking, Darkoo, Rema, Ms Banks, Omah Lay, Odeal and Tomi Agape.
And on the third stage “Afrotronic” also involved Honey Dijon, Richy Ahmed, Virgo Deep, DJeff, Focalistic, Jaguar, Sef Kombo & Kitty Amor.
The carnival started in the early hours with a very long queue literally for about a mile.
