Ye, as he now “prefers” to be addressed, Kanye West finally makes way for his elusive album ‘Donda’ to streaming services.
After a month of uncertainty, as to when to expect the album, Kanye has now made up his mind to make his project accessible to his fans. Following his filled-up album listening in 3 stadia, it was only right the 44-year-old rapper would drop ‘Donda’, but no one could predict Kanye.
Kanye West drops his tenth (10) album accompanied by the most bizarre cover art. It is a plain black colour cover with no inscription. The album art was barely a cover at all. It’s not unsual of Kanye.
However, Ye is not the first artist to do this. In 1984, fictional English heavy metal band, Spinal Tap, by American comedians also bared similar plain black album cover on their ‘This Is Spinal Tap’.
‘Donda’ contains 26 tracks including his feature with Jay Z, Roddy Ricch, Shenseea, The Weeknd, Pusha T, Toliver, Kid Cudi, Fivio Foreign, Jhe Rooga, Lil Yachty, Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, Baby Keem, Young Thug, Vory, Kaycyy, Lil Durk, 070 Shake, Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, Jay Electrica, Sheek Louch, Jadakiss, Styles P., Larry Hoover, Jr, Pop Smoke, France and The Lights, Lil Baby and Sunday Service Choir.
The album is now available across all major streaming services.
