Kevin Hart’s sex tape partner claims the comedian conspired with a friend to secretly record their encounter, and now she’s suing him for $60 million even though he’s still recovering from the ghastly accident he had weeks back.
Montia Sabbag the woman involved in the sex tape claims in a new lawsuit that her 2017 encounter with Hart in a Las Vegas hotel room was all planned by the actor and his friend who later was arrested for extortion.
She says Hart was motivated by publicity the need to get more especially with an upcoming comedy tour and that is the reasons he conspired with his friend to record their sexual bout.
The suit claims Hart allowed his friend into the hotel suite so he could set up hidden video recording devices to capture whatever transpired.
Jackson was later charged with 2 counts of extortion relating to alleged efforts to get money out of Hart to keep the said sex tape under wraps. The latter denied ever extorting the famed comedian/actor.
Kevin Hart has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of the recording, claiming he too was a victim of extortion attempts. He did apologize to his family and fans for his infidelity when it occurred years back.
