Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has released his latest Nigerian collaboration “Lucky” featuring Rudeboy with a fresh video.
King Sark as he’s called by his fans feature Nigerian singer Rudeboy, the better half of the former P-Square. Sarkodie drops the first single off his upcoming “Black Love” album.
The VGMAs ‘Artiste of The Decade’ after releasing his first hip-hop project “Alpha” is back with the newest. From the first single our best guess is, it’s an Afro-pop project.
After releasing the ‘controversial’ cover art, the internet was sparked as some critics believed it was an image of two men in bed.
One user said, “Now Kabutey dey potray gays antics on his cover? Wonders shall never end!” and another also said,
“@Sarkodie’s #lucky artwork is very controversial but that’s what arts is about. It must provoke a conversation. The one on the left is a woman. The title of the album is #BlackLove & in Africa, naturally women keep low cut & wear “beads”. As a believer of arts, I love this more.”
The music video for “Lucky” is already out. It was shot and directed by Clarence Peters.
