Prosecutors in an indictment said, Kelly and his team members “traveled throughout the United States and abroad to perform at concert venues… and to recruit women and girls to engage in illegal sexual activity with Kelly.”

Some of these activities were as far back as 1999. It was heard by the court that Mr. Robert Kelly during these periods, required his victims to follow certain inhumane rules like, not leaving their room without permission, including to eat or to use the toilet. They were also required to call him “Daddy.”

It was also revealed that R. Kelly failed to disclose a sexual transmitted disease he had contracted and also requested underage girls to send him photographs.
